Core Equipment — Technical Overview
Covering the two core equipment categories: heating & forming and plastics welding.
Heating & Forming Equipment
Heating & forming equipment is dedicated forming machinery that uses a controlled thermal field and molding force to heat, plasticize and cure-set polymer and composite materials. It supports multiple process routes including vacuum forming, compression molding and hot-press sizing.
- Zoned thermal-field temperature control system: multi-zone independent temperature control combined with far-infrared radiant heating, contact hot-plate heating and other heating methods, with ±1°C temperature accuracy and working-surface uniformity of ≤±3°C. Fully programmable ramp-up, soak-hold and staged cooling match the forming temperature curves of PP, ABS, PA, epoxy-based composites and other materials.
- Servo forming actuation system: servo-hydraulic / servo-electric-cylinder driven clamp mechanisms with fully closed-loop clamping force control at ±1% FS accuracy. Supplied with high-precision forming molds and pneumatic demolding, it achieves IT7-class dimensional accuracy and supports integrated insert molding of complex curved surfaces, thin-wall structures and precision inserts.
- Vacuum-assisted forming unit: for precision compression molding and thick-wall parts, a high-vacuum extraction system rapidly evacuates cavity air and material volatiles, effectively eliminating bubbles, short shots and weld-line defects while improving part density and surface finish.
- Safety protection system: fully enclosed heat-resistant guarding combined with two-hand start, safety light curtains and over-temperature/over-pressure alarm interlocks, compliant with the GB 5226.1 industrial safety standard to keep high-temperature, high-pressure operations safe.
Plastics Welding Equipment
Plastics welding equipment melts the joint surfaces of plastic parts with heat and applies pressure to interdiffuse molecular chains, achieving high-strength hermetic welds. It covers hot-plate welding, infrared welding, vibration welding and other technology routes.
- Hot-melt welding core unit: hot-plate welding uses a high-precision PID-controlled hot plate covering room temperature to 350°C, precisely matching the melt temperature to the plastic grade for uniform melting with no cold welds or burning. Infrared welding uses non-contact infrared radiant heating to avoid material sticking and stringing, making it ideal for welding electrical products with high cleanliness requirements.
